Job Description
Planning
- Work closely with Product, Engineering team to design and plan new features
- Provide technical insights when given new requirements of feature to develop
Development
- Design and develop backend services, such as APIs to serve our front-end platforms
- Maintain code quality and test coverage
- Monitor backend application performance and continuously provide improvements
- Maintain and improve services infrastructure
- Involved in creating and improving CI/CD for backend application
- Perform code reviews
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science / software engineering / information technology, or similar experience
- Experience in designing & developing scalable web applications with various design patterns
- Experience in RDBMS such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB
- Experience in cloud services such as AWS/GCP
- Comfortable to explore solutions and trying out new things
- Min. 3 years experience in designing & developing scalable backend services
