Qualifications:

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.

- At least 8 years in development and data-driven roles or 5 years in backend development combined with 3 years as a software engineer.

- Demonstrated expertise in backend development, excelling in solving complex technical challenges.

- Skilled in programming languages such as Kotlin, Spring, and Java, with expertise in tools and techniques like GIT, Gradle, CircleCI, NATS, RabbitMQ, and REST/JSON.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong command of database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing technical issues and driving solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend solutions using modern technologies.

- work on data-intense cloud-based solutions with focus on scalability

- convert user stories into technical solutions

- Optimize system performance and reliability to handle large-scale data processing and real-time analytics. (e.g. real-time performance)

- Ensure the security and integrity of data across all backend systems.

- realize pragmatic solutions for real world challenges

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
