Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brands equity
- Developing brand guidelines to align positioning with brand narratives and its translation across brand communication channels
- Complete ownership of the brand communication budget and campaigns: strategic campaign planning, media planning, media buying, and creative development
- Strategizing and overseeing social media management process to ensure social metrics are well on track
- Manage partnership with other brands or KOL to amplify the awareness campaigns
- Plan and manage tactical branding programs that are cost-effective
- Continuously measure and report brand metrics
Qualifications
- Strong track record in brand management experience (preferably from tech background)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing successful advertising campaigns in digital channels
- Demonstrated experience in driving the social media metrics
- Out-of-the-box thinker who could come up with cost-effective tactical branding initiatives without overly reliant on large-scale paid advertising
- Highly creative storyteller who can design the narratives and strongly influence the creative development process
