About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Indonesian Team, one of our fastest-growing regions of Micromine. In this role you will play a pivotal role in promoting our cutting-edge Origin & Beyond software solution.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager Indonesia, you will be at the forefront of our continuous growth strategy. Your exceptional skills in sales, relationship building, and persuasive communication will be vital in driving customer engagement your region.
Other key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategies to identify potential clients
Contacting and qualifying new leads
Managing the end-to-end sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals
Ensuring optimal product delivery and client training via the Service team
Participating in marketing events such as trade shows and product launches
Mentor other BDMs where appropriate
About You
You will have a proven background in business development, including B2B sales, and a successful track record of delivering new clients. You will have a proven background (5+ years experience) in Mining or Geology (Industry or Technical experience).
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Experience with mining software/solutions is preferred
Experience with Nickel and/or Coal is preferred
Experience with selling software / SaaS solutions or mining technology is preferred
Well-versed in managing the full end-to-end sales process
Strong prospecting, lead generating and networking skills
A strong record of consistently achieving sales targets
Professional proficiency in English and Indonesian, written and spoken, is required
