Job Description :
In coordinate with Area Manager, this position make sure all team members include leader pursuit targets and achieving in every months, also shadowing all leaders about company regulations, paperwork for team, and make Buddy program well organised through team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in B2B is preferable
- Some hands-on experience with sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving goals or sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Good network and knowledge in f&b market (F&B)
- Good network and knowledge in retail and marketplace (Retail)
- Good network and knowledge in franchise and multi chain business (Enterprise)
- Preferably have background in SaaS
