We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily trading operations, driving business development initiatives, and coordinating strategic projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales to existing customers and coordinate supply chain activities.
- Work with finance on capital deployment and manage payables/receivables.
- Lead supply planning and ensure market pricing accuracy.
- Identify customer needs and develop product offerings.
- Market products to export markets and establish customer relationships.
- Develop supply partnerships and contribute to strategic planning, and ad-hoc projects.
- Oversee and supervise strategic projects with support from the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market needs into actionable plans.
- Experience in commodity trading or knowledge of the industry is a plus.
- Experience in the recycling or sustainable development industry is a plus.
