Job Description

Manage a PAN Indonesian team spread across multiple locations comprising of Partnership

Manager, Business Development Managers and executives.

Work with the existing base of Bus operators to increase share of redBuss business.

Proactively acquire Inventory to capitalize on the market opportunity and negotiate and finalize

contracts with BOs with an objective to drive revenue growth.

Work closely with the product & Technology teams (both B2B and B2C) to identify and implement relevant product features and provide scalable solutions to both customers and BOs.

Work with data analytics and marketing teams to identify customer demand patterns and align the inventory plan accordingly.

Track competitive landscape viz. GDS providers, OTAs etc. and develop a strong understanding of the bus operations and ticketing ecosystem in the country.

Successfully champion the virtues of redBus marketplace and promote participation from sellers (BOs) on the platform, thereby leading to further sales growth.

Work closely with the India CS and seller interface team to establish strong processes and deliver the intended KPIs.

Drive NPS to drive retention and repeat purchase.

Drive innovation with an objective of curating differentiated inventory for the platform.

Manage the existing partnership channel and onboard partners to drive bus liquidity and revenue.

Key KPIs - GMV, Revenue, Inventory availability, hygiene and fulfillment. NPS.

Minimum Requirements:


10+ years of experience with FMCG, Telecom or e commerce organizations handling Sales & marketing, Business development or vendor management roles.

Graduation from a reputed university preferred.

Bahasa is mandatory (fluent speaking).

Should have handled a team of Managers and field team of 40 + spread across multiple geographies.

Past experience in Key account management.
