  • The Role: Senior Client Relation
Ensuring your existing accounts are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
  • Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
Building proposal and delivering presentations to accounts about products or services; creating a-top-of-mind branding
  • Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate, including maintaining communication through all channels
Proactively identifying and providing inputs of internal work process to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both the company and clients
Independently building Program Performance Reviews, turning insights into opportunities in achieving the client's targets and objectives
  • On project management, developing a detailed project plan to track progress, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • The Candidate
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Account Management related field.
  • Having exposure in tech and startup space.
Minimum a graduate of 4-year-study of business economics or engineering.
  • The ability to communicate confidently both through speaking and writing with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization.
A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities coupled with proactive behavior, robust business insight, and meticulous attention to detail, are essential attributes
