About The Role
We are looking for Senior Compensation & Performance Associate who will be focused on managing employee pay, benefits, and other rewards programs within an organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that compensation packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and budget, while also attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
What You Will Do
- Managing compensation dan benefits data and administration
- Ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. They must stay updated on legal changes and industry best practices.
- Analyzing compensation data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations regarding compensation adjustments, benefits changes, and other reward-related matters.
- Collaborating with recruitment to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent through competitive compensation and rewarding benefits.
- Managing and administer performance management process
What We Are Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefit with 4+ years of experience.
- Involved in the design and implementation of compensation & benefits design and performance frameworks.
- Have some knowledge about Mercer / WTW / KF HayGroup position evaluation and benchmarking methodology.
- Proven track records in managing of various strategic projects, getting things done with minimum manager's supervision
- Strong in Project Management skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
