Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. This role involves handling a wide range of legal matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, industrial relation, intellectual property, and litigation management.
Bachelor of Law (have license as lawyer will be preferred)
- Have at least 2 years experience in the same field
* Excellent command in Oral & Written English
- Legal Acumen (Labour Law, company & Investment Law, Immigration Law, Company License)
