Job Description:
- Ensure the organization's ongoing compliance with data protection laws and regulations
- Develop, maintain and update the company's data protection policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of data protection laws.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify risks in processing activities.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that privacy-by-design principles are embedded into new projects and processes.
- Regularly audit data protection practices to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Other assignment assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection, legal field or related unit.
- Deep understanding of data protection regulations, implementation and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
