Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Ide Entitas is a marketing agency company focused on e-commerce brand, with key KPI is revenue growth through online marketing platform. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our online marketing efforts for our clients brand across various social media platforms and e-commerce channels. And also lead team of performance marketing and creatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of creative content creation, advertising performance measurement, and proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads, CPAs, Shopee, and TikTok Ads. Additionally, a comprehensive grasp of branding and online business strategies is essential. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of marketers and effectively communicating with clients to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and compelling content across social media platforms and e-commerce channels.
- Manage and analyze advertising performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques and segmentation strategies on Facebook Ads, CPAs, Shopee, and TikTok Ads to reach the target audience effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic quidance and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive online sales and brand growth.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager, CPAs, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients.
