Job Description Summary :

The role holder will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Group's data management to ensure standards Data governance in place.

Data Management & Analytics

• Join Company's Project or enhacement for data standarization & quality discussion

• Responsible for making sure Group's data management in Project/enhancement design to support Reporting & analytics goals

• Streamline processes and ensure data usage is congruent with our business strategy

• To understand and communicate where data can add value to the business model.

• Represent data requirements at a senior level to ensure visibility and understanding.

• Act as an escalation point for data related issues

Data Governance

• Define and communicate Data Governance strategy across the organization, ensure in compliace to the statutory requirements

• Responsible to enforce data standardization and harmonization for Key Data & master Data across Organization

• Align and prioritise data projects to ensure delivery of the right projects at the right time to meet the business strategy.

• Help turn standards into executable, detailed processes & implemented

• Monitoring quality of Key data for imrpovement

• Ensure users have the right data access & understand important of Data governance & quality

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor degree in any major from reputable University.

• Experience in Master Data maintenance & data migration is a must.

• Have 4 - 5 years working experience with in any module - preferably in Logistics (MM & SD).

• Have Experience in S4 HANA implementation, as IT Functional / consultant.

• Have experience in Policy, SOP, Standard.

• Have experience in MDG implementation in Setting up Data Governance.

• Fluent in English both writing or speaking.
