Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coaches the Lean Six Sigmato use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
• Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity andprojects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
• Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
• Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
• The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigmatraining development and consultantto other department on tool application.
• Monitors, coaches and certifiesthe Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
• Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects byproviding technical support and facilitating.
• Reportsout statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Beltor equivalent certification or experiences with proven
