Job Responsibilities:
- According to the group's business development plan, South East Asia brands, sub-brands, new business formats, new store openings, S-level projects, festivals, and themed offline activities are planned and implemented.
- The planning and implementation of public spaces and themed pop-up activities in the mall ensure the unity of brand communication content between the mall and external cooperation.
- Based on the needs of the mall and operation team, plan and incubate store normalized activities.
- Based on external cooperation or tripartite marketing, expanding brand cross-border activity projects is not limited to artists, popular offline activities.
- Expanding popular offline events in South East Asia, linking university campus and community-themed activities.
- XFN collaboration and support, controlling the production of DM and materials, as well as supervising brand operation standards throughout the entire process.
- Overall activity data review and optimization direction.
Job Requirement:
- Over 3 years of extensive experience in offline event planning, operations is preferred.
- Priority will be given to effective offline activity resources with rich key countries and regions in South East Asia and provincial channels.
- Possess strong business negotiation skills and the ability to handle and coordinate emergency changes on site.
- Capable of independently managing large, medium, and small activities, as well as salon projects.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
