Senior Executive, Facilities, Renovation & Maintenance

- Job Purpose is to plan, work with the cross functional teams, seek budget approval, monitor the implementation of refurbishment, relocation, renovation and administration.
You are also responsible for the Branches Upgrading & all Administration of the covering from Tenancy Agreement, Securities Services Agreement, matters related to IT, furniture and more in regards to the new branches opening or upgrading.
- Qualification & Requirements
Diploma/Degree Holder in Business/Administration/Engineering or equivalent.- Min 3 5 years of working experience, automotive industry will be an advantage.
Competent People knowledge/skills, able to multi-task, good time-management and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel. Able to relocate will be an added advantage too.
