Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with our company goals.
  • Lead Recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee Employee Relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage Training and Development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Supervise Performance Management systems and conduct regular appraisals.
  • Ensure Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a Positive Culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to strategize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
