Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
To support the Product Development team in any tasks related to product design
To prepare any documentations related to Product Design, including the provision, product summary, collaterals, and other required documents
To support and prepare any documentations related to Product Marketing/Activation, including FGD brief research and other supporting documents, post launch monitoring, et
To support preparing any documentations for approval including any items for OJK approval, internal approval, as well as regional approval
Work closely with related dept (pricing, marketing, IT, operation, legal & compliance, distribution, training) if required
Able to support and discuss with internal and external parties, for things related to Product Design.
To support the Product Implementation team on any implementation aspects, including UAT and any other things required
Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products developed.
Job Specification:
Qualification
Bachelor degree with good relationship skill, project management skill, good analytical skill to understand data as well as good presentation skill
Strong administratively and detail and timeline oriented
Effective communicator (oral and written) and negotiator
Relevant experience in any aspects of life Insurance business is a plus
Overseas experience will be a plus
Experience
Min. 2 years of experience in life insurance.
Knowledge
Having knowledge in Life Insurance products.
Good in Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, and Ms Word
Able to use english in written and verbal
