The Contract Management role is to manage and monitor the overall contract life cycle management (from coordination with stakeholder and/or buyer, creation until signing and eventually termination or renewal of contract), contract analysis and reporting, contract administration/record keeping for contract and supporting documents related in line with all policies and procedures, also maintain and update the contract template based on regional and/or local policy.
- To perform the daily activities of function related to contract arrangements:
Drafting contract and ensuring the content aligned with business requirements, also agreed by related parties (stakeholder, buyer, third party, and other related dept.), including contract clause negotiation.
Circulate the final draft contract and complete the contract signing in timely manner.
Ensure the proper contract life cycle by triggering contract renewal/creation, maintaining contract period, and notifying third party for expired contract.
- Reporting and analysis
Provide contract reporting (active contract, commodity, expired date, profiling, etc.).
Analyze contract trend and data for improvement.
- Administration
Maintain contract record and its supporting documents
Ensure contract template align with the latest regional and/or local policy
- Undertake project and assignment as directed by direct supervisor
- Contribute and support to deliver the best Procurement optimization for the company, including proactively provide ideas for continuous improvement
