Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Craft, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Womenswear Fashion Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing original designs and textile work.
  • Knowledge of womenswear fashion trends and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Illustrator.
  • Creative thinker with innovative ideas.
  • Has strong abilities in leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead the design process, including sketching and selecting fabrics, patterns, and colors.
  • Oversee production, evaluate samples, and improve designs.
  • Research and identify fashion trends, creating mood boards and analyzing collections.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in materials, fabrics, and colors.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends to guide design decisions.
  • Review products for style and fit during presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Marketing).
