A senior finance manager oversees business investment decisions and helps develop strategic financial goals for their company. As a senior finance manager, you supervise financial managers and analysts who study the economic data of the organization. You prepare reports and collaborate with top executives to devise strategies to reduce costs, increase profits, and optimize cash flow.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Handle full set of accounting records including mange full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
- Preparation of financial reports for periodic strategy reviews
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast- Arrange, manage and control the use of the budget and develop improvements.
- Analyze and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and projects to assist in Cash management.
- Technical accounting support to operating businesses.
- Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required.
- Provides timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses, in an easy to understand format such as tables, charts and graphs.
- Timely preparation / accurate reporting and analysis monthly a year-end finance result.
- Prepared, supervise and conduct yearly external audit and statutory financial report.
- Costing report & costing saving control and other work assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in FMCG, distributions or manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Having experience user of finance software is a must
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations of Indonesia
- Familiar with Tax and VAT
- High mobility with frequent work traveling
