Company Description
A trading company in Jakarta, Indonesia is looking for dynamic Finance Professionals to fill the post of a Finance Manager. The candidate will be directly reporting to the Director.
Role Description
- Need to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements, reports and presentation for the top management
- Monitor and manage cash flows to optimize working capital and long term financial goals
- Ensure that accounting standards and regulatory requirements are complied with
- Should audit and establish internal controls to safeguard companies assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare budgets in coordination with department to set realistic and achievable financial targets
- Monitor budget performance and provide explanations for variances
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
- Must posses a degree in Finance or a professional qualification
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a similar post
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Indonesia and an ability to build cross disciplinary relationships
- Should be a person with a high level of ethics and integrity
- Experience of working in a computerized environment
- Person should be one who can face challenges and keep himself organized
