The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and book keeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management. She/He will works closely with other departments to ensure financial data is accurately reported and analyzed, and provides strategic guidance to the executive team to drive growth and profitability.

- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop financial strategies and policies to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
- Manage and supervise the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Analyzing financial data and also monitoring internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement to the executive team.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial reports and presentations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experiences in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Has experiences in Financial Technology or Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, including Excel and Quickbooks.
