Job Description
We are poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry through innovative reagent and instrument platform solutions. With a focus on expanding into the Indonesia market, we're seeking a Senior Financial Officer and General Affairs to spearhead our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accounting and comprehensive financial statements following Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (IFAS), including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborate closely with the China headquarters finance team to prepare consolidated financial analysis;
- Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including cash forecasting, expense budgeting and control, fixed asset management, and depreciation control;
- Liaise with tax agents regarding transaction communication, arrange regular tax payments, and handle all tax-related filings;
- Assist the headquarters finance team in managing local financial operations, including financial approvals, cash management, and banking functions;
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process;
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia statutory requirements and handle tax filings;
- Fulfill any other assigned duties;
- Responsible for material/product warehousing, storage, sample retention, distribution and other work;
- Responsible for handling sales orders, picking, sorting, checking, packing, etc.;
- Responsible for material/product ERP system data processing and data maintenance;
- Responsible for the storage of the inventory, ensure the safety of the inventory in the warehouse, and prohibit irrelevant personnel and dangerous goods from entering the warehouse at will;
- Ensure the consistency of storage inventory, regular and irregular inventory work;
- Regularly check the facilities and equipment at the warehouse site, and make relevant records as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- English as the working language;Be able to speak Chinese is a plus;
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in cost accounting and business management, including operations, administration, and finance;
- Experience working in a global environment;
- Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements;
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Finance professional with fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferable (both written and verbal communication skills);
- Knowledge of working with a Chinese company is preferable.
