Wolkk is seeking experienced Senior React Native Developers to join our client's team working on software solutions for large-scale events. This role focuses on refactoring existing frontend applications to enhance performance and maintainability. A key requirement for this role is experience with WatermelonDB, a database framework based on SQLite, ensuring seamless data management within React Native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- App Refactoring: Refactor and optimize existing React Native applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Frontend Development: Develop robust, user-friendly, and responsive frontend solutions using React Native.
- Database Management: Utilize WatermelonDB to handle complex database interactions and ensure efficient data synchronization.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve frontend and database-related issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in React Native development, with a strong focus on frontend applications.
- WatermelonDB Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with WatermelonDB and a deep understanding of its integration with React Native.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQLite and its application in mobile development.
- UI/UX: Experience in implementing responsive designs and delivering intuitive user interfaces.
- Code Quality: Strong commitment to writing clean and maintainable code with clear documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a multi-developer environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
