We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Growth Analyst to achieve our growth ambition.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of JULO's products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in creating reports and monitoring tools.
- Analyze historical data to optimize business metrics, enhance tracking, and boost user engagement.
- Conduct research using both historical and secondary data to identify growth opportunities within the industry.
- Design, track, and implement experiments to drive business growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and continuously monitor the performance based on those recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in analytics related fields.
- Experience working in financial industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Experience in using SQL
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well with colleagues across different functions
- Interest in fintech and high level of curiosity
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
