Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest service department.
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests.
- Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead, train, and supervise the guest service team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest service or customer service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficient in using OPERA system.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
