Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Senior Guest Service Manager to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests.

Summary :

We pride ourselves on creating exhilarating entertainment, vibrant energy, and unforgettable F&B experiences. Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest service department.
  • Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests.
  • Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and other departments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the guest service team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guest service or customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Proficient in using OPERA system.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
