As part of Improvement team that focuses on process enhancement & excellence for our business globally, we are currently looking for forward-thinking & detail-oriented Sr HR Improvement & Operation Specialist who are keen in experiencing and having the passion for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to Group Head of HR Improvement, this role is critical as your role may involve in analyzing & enhancing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness that align with industry best practices while executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high caliber pool of candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a significant role in our company's success while collaborating with a team of talented professionals. The role will be based in our SerpongHQ with 100% Working-from-Office working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and implement best practice frameworks to optimize HR operations and improve service delivery.
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various levels and functions.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make informed decisions.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and performance data to inform strategy and operational improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on HR performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Utilize insights to refine processes and enhance employee experience.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and innovations, integrating relevant practices into organizational processes.
- Lead change initiatives related to HR improvements, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or holding CHRP preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, process improvement, and/or talent acquisition.
- Fluent in English is a must, having fluent communication in Chinese / Mandarin will be a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and having knowledge Talent Acquisition / Executive Search will be a plus.
- Exceptional persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with internal external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and business requirements.
