is looking a Senior Income Audit for placement at our client company, a Hospitality Group ManagementCompany in Uluwatu, Bali. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on income audit and accounts receivable (previous supervisory or management experience preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, ERP ESB)
Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken- Well groomed, great attitude, honest and self-motivated
Making daily sales report with a detailed breakdown and share to group accounting (daily before the end of the shift)- Control and compare revenue report between Abacus - Lavu and Xero
Audit sales report and compare the payment form cash, credit card, deposit, receivable and city ledger
- Control and reconcile payment based on credit card, deposit, cash, also from Bank transfer
Responsible of the AR report, City Ledger, Deposit agent/customer- Making invoice and sending to agent/customer
Make sure all the AR are paid before the due date
- Control and filing of contracts from agent/customer
Prepare and send the amount revenue to AP for based comissions calculation- Input all transaction based on job description in Xero daily
Weekly barter email to management regarding compliment
