Responsibilities:

-Technical Support: Provide comprehensive IT support to staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

-System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and updating of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

-Network Administration: Manage network configuration and troubleshooting to ensure reliable connectivity and data flow.

-Security Management: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

-Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.

-Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

-Proficiency in managing both hardware and software resources.

-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a specified timeframe.
