Senior Investigator - Internal Audit

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, formerly PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk, is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the banking business. The Company operates as a technology-based bank. The Company serves customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer), and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and conduct complex investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, or violations of organizational policies and regulations.

-Plan, design, and execute comprehensive investigative procedures, including interviews, document analysis, and data reviews.

-Prepare detailed investigative reports and documentation, ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of findings.

-Collaborate with the internal audit team to identify control weaknesses, risks, and areas for process improvements.

-Present investigation findings to senior management and relevant committees, providing clear recommendations for corrective actions.

-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to internal audit investigations.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CIA) is a plus.

-A minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in internal audit, investigations, forensic accounting, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention techniques.

-Proven track record of leading and conducting complex investigations, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management clearly &concisely.

-Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to internal audit and investigation

-High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.

-Proficiency in investigation tools and data analysis software is a plus.
