PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group's newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

Job Description
To consolidate capital expenditures (CAPEX) for MAE, BAU, EWAK, Software MAE and Second tooling budget proposal from individual departments for business plan submission.
To control and tracking of MAE, BAU, EWAK Software MAE and Second Tooling budget in the whole RBSP within the stipulated budget.
To control MAE, BAU, EWAK, Software MAE and second tooling report for management approval, distribute the MAE reports to respective departments, and arrange MAE meeting to ensure the respective departments expenses are within the plan.
To be responsible for plant capacity planning
To liaise with respective section during the preparation of the MAE approval request documents and create the WORKON request for approval according to the investment limits.
To continuously maintain and enhance the existing in-house budget control program that had been previously undertaken.
To ensure company MAE guideline strictly followed and all the investment are according to the company regulations.
To liaise with respective departments on Capex year end budget closing.
SAP E2P investment planning module key user in PgP5, to distribute budget, create project structure and assign MAE/EWAK controller from time to time to maintain their project builder.
Support set-up and coordination of the Spare Parts Management system
To play and active role in the team that will be leading the implementation of SAP model within PgP5. The scopes of coverage under Bosch Corporate Group include the following task:-
a. Conduct system studies of existing workflows and processes.
b. Setup project Goals and Target.
c. Formulated and conduct test to check for compliance with set goals.
d. Trouble shooting and maintenance task.
e. Year end closing and project closing.
f. New SAP modules roll out support and testing.

Qualifications
Experienced in the field for 3-5 years
Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
