Engage with government agencies, hospitals, academic institutions, and other collaborators to address issues, facilitate communication, and foster synergy for the successful completion of research projects.
Collaborate with the Research Collaboration Manager to assemble project teams, assigning responsibilities based on individual strengths and expertise.
Work alongside the Project Associate to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and vendors, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
Implement strategies for resource optimization and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with scientific and medical teams for clinical trial projects, ensuring seamless integration of research efforts.
Ensure that clinical trials operate in compliance with all government regulations and standards.
Provide strong leadership, direction, and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for timeline and budgeting of R&D projects.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Ideally, You Would Have
Master or Bachelor's degree of Science in Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or other related major.
Have a minimum of 1 (one) year experience in related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Have experience in Project Management, Clinical Research, Laboratory, and molecular biology techniques is an added value.
Ability to organize and align stakeholders to overcome issues successfully. Ability to influence without authority.
Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office also laboratory systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
