About This Position
We are looking for a
Senior Lead Commercial Growth & Strategy will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy for the Fresh & Frozen business. This role involves driving key growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that enhance sales and profitability across the category.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Define and execute commercial growth strategies to enhance market share, sales, and profitability in the Fresh & Frozen business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, category management, and supply chain to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop promotional campaigns that align with customer preferences and business goals.
- Drive the financial performance of the category by managing P&L responsibilities, setting revenue targets, and optimizing profitability.
- Provide leadership in strategic projects such as product launches, new market entries, and process improvements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational execution.
Requirements
Job Requirements
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, P&L handling, or related roles within the Tech, Fresh & Frozen, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
