What You'll Do For Us
- Drive the agenda to enhance Digital capabilities within Indonesia to unlock opportunities for growth, share and leverage best practice to the Operating Unit (ASEAN & South Pacific) and the network (global)
- Management and accountability for market priorities, targets, budgets and implementation of global playbooks in eCommerce
- Support development of country specific e-commerce priorities, targets, budgets, implementation of global playbooks and guidelines in e-commerce and Food Service Aggregators and DAO (Digital Acceleration Office) component of the business plan
- Support key eRetail customer management, driving aligned agendas and achieve KPIs
- Leverage existing tools (ie Dashmote) to derive insight led action in market
KPIs
- Transactions, Value (NSR) and Volume (UC), basket Incidence in FSA & eRetail share
- Lead Food service aggregator management for Indonesia to achieve greater than our fair-share of beverages and strive for better incidence rates vs offline
- Joint definition (with Marketing) of targets (e.g., percent allocated to transactions), considering 3rd party e-commerce platforms and Coke owned platforms
- In partnership (with Platform Services) deliver the most effective technology deployment, coordination, maintenance for eCommerce
- Partner with the local bottler to drive eCommerce/Food aggregators to accelerate incidence-, Net Sales Revenue and Margin growth
- Leads cross-functional project teams that manage the implementation of digital specific capability projects and initiatives
- Work closely with other functions to ensure eCommerce strategy is a key pillar in the business planning process
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce/online marketing related fields
- Proven success within e-commerce setting
- Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of local business
- Critical to understand System financials/economics
- Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with Coca-Cola's external partners (bottlers and customers)
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
