We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Manager Strategic Broker Partnerships to lead our efforts in establishing and maintaining relationships with key real estate brokers and agencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to maximize sales and expand our market presence. Partnerships cover marketing, sales and technology. Our technology serves as enabler for our business, the goal is for our partnership to lead to mutual business growth.

What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will build and sustain strong relationships with top-tier real estate brokers and agencies to drive business growth
- You will strategize and implement partnership plans that align with our company objectives and sales targets.
- You will analyze our partner's business and identify opportunities to leverage our technology and services to grow the partner's business
- You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic partnerships are executed to maximize value for both the company and our partners
- You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth

- A relationship builder: Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills to manage high-level partnerships
- A problem solver: Approaches challenges with a critical and resourceful mindset
- Thrives in adversity: Embracing change and being willing to pivot your plans as new obstacles and opportunities arise, while remaining open to new approaches and ideas
- University degree holders from a top tier Indonesian or foreign university
- At least 7 years of work experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Preferably experienced in the real estate industry or another industry that works with commission-based sales agents. Although this is not strictly required
- Preferably experienced in a tech company, especially those that use technology to enhance (small) business performance
- High level of aptitude, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and resilience to perform at a high level and under pressure
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to the Head of Broker Classifieds. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
