This role involves designing and implementing training programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and continuously improving the Sales performance of promoters and merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
Design content, effective training programs, and performance monitoring for promoters and trainers
Data analysis to identify patterns and recommend improvements
Regular assessments and performance improvement plans to increase productivity
Leadership skills to manage the Training and QC team
Strong stakeholder management to collaborate with HR and Sales to identify and develop the relevant sales and leadership programs
Process design and automation
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in sales training, sales performance management, and QC process
Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs and setting up LMS
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong program management skills
