What will you do

• Lead and manage multiple research projects and ensure timely and accurate result delivery
• Conduct in-depth market research to discover industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Collect and analyze customer behavior and preferences through qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings for related stakeholder
• Manage relationship with external research vendors and consultants

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in conducting market insight / research
• Prior experience working within cross functional team
• English communication skill is a plus
• Love experimentation and have a passion in exploring things
• Background in SaaS / Logistic sector in Indonesia Market is a plus
