Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to engage and onboard established NGOs for collaborative Flagship projects, focusing on long-term, impactful partnerships.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with established charities and NGOs.
Acquisition and Retention: Implement creative and effective strategies for acquiring new NGO partners and retaining existing ones to enhance satisfaction and foster deep collaboration.
NGO Partnership & Outreach Coordination: Expanding and strengthening our NGO network by identifying potential partners, initiating outreach, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. This includes overseeing campaigns, coordinating with other teams for support, and ensuring ongoing engagement with NGOs.
Database Management: Maintain oversight and optimize the NGO database and tracker for efficient management and evaluation of partnerships.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including the outreach, program, marketing, and legal teams, to conceptualize and execute Flagship projects in partnership with NGOs.
Proactive Communication: Engage in consistent, meaningful discussions and provide regular updates to NGO partners, ensuring alignment with their goals and Campaign's objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in NGO partnership management, both locally and internationally.
Demonstrated managerial experience in a fully remote working environment, including effective virtual team management and communication.
Experience in using AI tools, such as (but not limited to) ChatGPT and Bard, and platforms for data analysis, outreach optimization, and decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills; proficiency in English is highly desirable.Skilled at leading meetings, presenting information effectively, and facilitating group discussions.
Strong ability to evaluate the success and impact of partnership initiatives and strategies.
Ability to develop and implement strategies effectively and adapt them as needed.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence team members and stakeholders without relying on formal authority, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.
