Sell and specify Kairos Group complete product portfolio and industrial services to Engineer, Procurement, Construction (EPC) customers and their customer base.
Responsible for developing account relationships, by cold calling, recurring customer contact, networking, and responding to customer inquiry. Position is heavily focused but not limited to EPC firms in the process and industrial markets. This includes expansion of current accounts and market development for new customers at a Regional level.
EPC PROJECT SENIOR PARTNER & SPECIALIST
Responsible for developing account relationships, by cold calling, recurring customer contact, networking, and responding to customer inquiry.
Position is heavily focused but not limited to EPC firms in the process and industrial markets. This includes expansion of current accounts and market development for new customers at a Regional level.
Utilize available resources to maximize sales effectiveness (product specialists, factory support, market intelligence, project tracking websites, etc.)
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Regional VP of Sales
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Coordinate with Corporate to develop successful strategies for acquisition of new EPC customers and end users.
Communicate and work with Territory Sales Manager to ensure Kairos Group products are specified in core markets at key end users.
Interact with all levels of target EPC customers (sales, engineering, project management,executive management, etc.)
Develops and maintains a project pipeline using CRM.
Ensures tasks are completed and company objectives met.
Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations.
Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information in a clear and concise manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Day to day activity driven toward project identification and specification of Kairos products.
Maintain contact with key EPC clients in the Region to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify gaps in Kairos presence on Approved Manufacturers Lists (AMLs) within the Region and drive activities to address.
Excel at working cross-functionally within Kairos.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of project work and EPC structure requirements.
Undergrad or Postgrad with 4 years degree or equivalent work experience required.
2 years technical selling experience.
Capable of learning and understanding CRM tools for projects Industrial plant experience a plus.
Industry knowledge (pressure instrumentation, industrial automation, process control, etc.) required, product knowledge a plus.
Assertive team player with positive attitude, high energy level.
Strong problem solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
