Location: Remote (Indonesia-based)
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in software development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing ERP systems or related systems from scratch using PHP Laravel, and must possess strong skills in task delegation and project timeline management. This is a fully remote role, and the candidate must be based in Indonesia with strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of ERP systems or related systems from scratch using PHP Laravel.
- Manage a development team, ensuring effective task delegation and team productivity.
- Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in development.
- Provide mentorship to team members, guiding them toward successful project completion.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with team members and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in software development.
- Proven experience developing ERP systems or related systems from scratch using PHP Laravel.
- Strong expertise in task delegation and managing project timelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a remote setting and leading a distributed team.
- Strong PHP Laravel development skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
