As a Senior Product Designer at Vida, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of design and craft experiences that seamlessly connect our customers needs with VIDA's product capabilities. Your role will be instrumental in shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end product design process from user research, prototypes and low-fi wireframes, all the way to high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Design and conduct user testing sessions to collect actionable feedback and use these insights to enhance your designs and add features to the product roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze user experience performance in production, identifying areas for improvement.
- Continue evolving our design system to ensure design consistency across all our products.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to guide design decisions and stay up to date with the latest design trends and product features in our competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.
- Experience in managing the entire product design process from start to finish independently, collaborating with engineers and product managers alike.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
- Expertise in Figma, especially in auto-layout and component systems.
- Adaptable to a startup culture that values efficiency and impact.
- A good eye for design with a diverse portfolio of your design works throughout your career.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa.
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Nice to have
- Experience in designing for security or digital identity platforms.
