This job is a Product-related type job, to coordinate across departments/functions in technical matters related to product. From developing product specifications, business rule, system requirements, preparation for all documents for regulatory approvals for new products, including looking after product parameters in the system and train the trainers and operation teams regarding new product launched.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain documentations and proper filing related to Product Development projects/issues
- Prepares/propose product development plans and initiatives, initiating discussions with all related department to identify related requirements/business process/risks.
- Prepare product specification from draft to final version and keeping track of requests for changes.
- Involvement in production of Business Requirement Document, Ensure consistency between Bussiness Requirements and product specifications and policy wordings.
- Lead team to conduct User Acceptance Test.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science,
- Have a more than 10 years Product-related experience: Actuarial/Business Analyst/Operations/General Insurance
- Strong skills in maintaining data
- Ability to drive projects, leading others and communicate proactively
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
