In this Role, youll get to
Responsible for product localization for Indonesia (ID) market, regularly provide local market intelligence to local team and headquarter to influence global product and marketing direction.
Actively think, plan, identify, build localized products and features with integrated usability studies, research and market analysis that address customer needs.
Use self-service dashboards to track and measures project performance/result. Leverage data to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable business solutions, shape future effective profitable strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with local teams and headquarter teams to collaborate on marketing / campaigns / product / design functions and features.
Understand Indonesia travel demand, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Indonesia market growth.
Performing other duties when needed.
What you'll Need to Succeed
BA or BS degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or any similar discipline
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product localization with Online Travel Agency (OTA) background is required.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesia market travel trends and understanding local consumer behavior.
Experience in Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool.
Experience in project management.
Strong communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations.
Advanced proficiency in SQL is a plus
