Responsibilities:
Product Strategy Development and Performance Metrics Management
- Define and validate core product features with potential customers, focusing on innovative solutions in shrimp farming technology. Analyze market trends to position the product effectively and staying relevant to the different business models requirement
- Develop, monitor, and improve performance metrics to ensure business and product performance is achieved, with rapid iteration of product management to ensure we ship quick, validate quick, and improve quick.
Roadmap Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing product features and initiatives based on business and customer impact.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Evaluate product progress at each iteration, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Aquaculture/Agriculture/Oil and Gas would be an advantage)
- Experience in working in seed to Series C startup also preferred
- Demonstrated experience in growing a B2B SaaS product also preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
