The S-Quantum Engine is Sinarmas Financial Services Digital Factory - focused on transforming one of Indonesia's largest financial services groups to match the increasingly digital demands of today's financial services sector.
This position reports to the Head of Product of the S-Quantum Engine. The division is responsible for identifying, managing, and executing digital-related initiatives for a collection of over fifty operating companies.
Specifically, the division shall:
- Identify, seed, and grow digital-first businesses for Sinarmas Financial Services companies
- Consolidate and transform digital channels of the existing portfolio of financial services products
- Cultivate relevant companies and partners that accelerate the group's overall agenda
- Establish organization-wide next-generation digital resources (infrastructure and talent)
- Set the agenda for the group's transformation to a digital and data-first company
What You Need to Do
The Senior Product Manager owns the bridge between solutions and the engineers building those solutions. This position requires creativity, robust analytical skill, and discipline. The best Product Owner communicates well, empathizes with users, knows diverse aspects of business, and has technical skills in the process of software development.
You are expected to:
- Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap based on market opportunity to shape the future
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement
- Launch product improvements regularly, including improving the customer conversion funnel
- Measure key metrics that inform the success of products
- Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress
- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
- Handle multiple/ bigger teams in delivering product excellence
What You Need to Have
- At least 7-10 years of experience for senior-level
- Proficiency in designing interactions for multiple platforms and screen types
- Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
- Have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Highly proficient with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and design research tools (Hotjar, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey)
- Understanding front-end software development is a plus
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field is preferred
