Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge SaaS/CX software solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer success to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and manage team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
  • Monitor project performance and conduct regular quality assurance reviews.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive process improvements and promote best practices in project management.
  • Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on project management methodologies.

  • Requirements:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS or CX software projects.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.


  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, and customer experience software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Certifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Other:
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS/CX.
