Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in

How did it all start
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in

Responsibilities
Develop PR strategy, plan, and tactics for total Amar Bank portfolio.
Write press releases and communications documents to disseminate important news and updates to media and relevant stakeholders
Disseminate press releases to external and internal channels such as website, internal group & newsletter & LinkedIn, including developing a scheduled content/publication for Linkedin.
Track/report media coverage related to company and key executives (C-level / BOD)
Advise & manage in the case of a crisis in media handling
Generate weekly and yearly reports on media coverage, PR metrics, and performance, direct reporting to the President Director on PR activities and outcomes.
Monitor complaints via Mediakonsumen and coordinate with the Complaint Management Team to ensure prompt and clear response
Engage with key strategic media or journalists to build and maintain positive relationships
Collaborate with Investor Relations to organize AGMs, Public Expose, or EGMS events
Manage various events such as executive interviews, press conferences, media gatherings, media briefings and outlook, media visits, events collaboration with partners, and CSR
Respond to requests for President Director or C-Team level participation in speaking opportunities and draft key talking points and assist with event preparation and coordination
Manage the company's involvement in award submissions and assist the company through the judging process until the awards day.
Oversee budget and manage all payments related to PR activities.
Identify potential media or community sponsorship/partnership opportunities that align with the company's brand values and objectives
Requirements
Has a degree or diploma in PR, journalism, communications or a related field is preferred.
Has experienced in PR, or media minimum 5 years.
Is comfortable in engaging with senior stakeholders
Experience handling a press conference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to pitch to media.
Knowledge of financial industry & fintech is a plus.
An ability to work and collaborate in big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.
Understanding of social media and solid experience working with social media influencers.
Project and budget management skills.
Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
