About The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through thorough testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices. This role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What Will You Do
- Deliver a potentially releasable increment of a completed product at the end of each sprint.
- Conduct automated tests and performance tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Prepare and execute the deployment process, ensuring all necessary steps are followed.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product business and technical flows end-to-end.
- Identify new technologies that could provide a competitive advantage for the company.
- Perform design implementation and testing in a structured and targeted manner, supporting continuous improvement (CI/CD) initiatives.
- Contribute valuable ideas and solutions that support achieving technological product goals.
- Build constructive relationships and dialogue with colleagues and stakeholders, including the Product Owner, regarding product technology.
- Update documentation and report working results using prepared tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a QA Engineer for at least 3 years experiences
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
- Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willing to work hybrid in Jakarta
