We are now actively searching for the finest Senior QA Engineers in Bali to join our developer team. As we extend to Bali, we aim to assemble an all-star team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of our industry-leading applications and platforms.
Whats the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and security of our products. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Develop the optimal test case and write clean automation test code
- Review and analyze test results to ensure software quality and maintainability
- Collaborate with team engineers and product
- Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs, with an ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed.
- Collaborating closely with the front-end and back-end development teams to ensure the seamless integration of new features and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Conducting thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
- Managing and improving test automation frameworks to enhance our CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of QA processes and practices, working with both development and product teams to ensure coverage and adherence to requirements.
- Implementing secure testing practices to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure user data and business information remain uncompromised.
- Keeping up to date with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices to improve workflows and product quality.
- Employing best practices for quick bug diagnosis and fixes to ensure minimal downtime and fast recovery from issues.

What We Require:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in QA Engineering, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record of developing and executing QA strategies, including both manual and automated testing.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience with automation script : Appium (main), TestGrid
- Full expertise in mobile app testing, also experienced with web testing
- Experience Functional testing, regressiion Testing, integrasiion testing
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Experience with DB tools is a must; DBeaver, Mysql, Postman
- Responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, performance, load, security, and API testing.
- Familiarity with React applications (JS + Native) and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with tools like Postman, JMeter, and others for API and performance testing.
- MongoDB experience.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its implications for front-end and back-end testing.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Ability to use and understand CI/CD pipelines, with experience in integration with Jenkins or other CI tools.
Security:
- Knowledge of secure testing practices and an understanding of potential front-end and back-end vulnerabilities.
- Experience with tools and practices to ensure data protection and prevent common web application threats.
Optimization & Performance:
- Skills in optimizing test strategies for maximum speed and scalability.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and best practices.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Continuous Learning:
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Communication:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), very well spoken.
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Previous experience in the event industry or similar sectors.
- Exposure to open-source contributions or a portfolio of personal projects.
- Familiarity with other testing frameworks or tools.
- Developing off-grid applications.
